Sunflowers soak up the sun just after it rises on the horizon. Once again I was enjoying the fields out by DIA. There are acres and acres of sunflowers each year. You just need to go drive around to find them!
The minutes before the sun rose in White Sands National Monument the world around me was pastel. It was a lovely peaceful time with no one around but me and a few dozen photographers.
It was a chilly 36 degrees this summer morning as I waited for the sun to rise an illuminate the backside of Crested Butte Mountain. The wildflowers are amazing in this town!
Yesterday we had what was called the “biggest snow storm” this year. This morning I headed up to City Park in expectation of a great sunrise. I wasn’t disappointed.
