On my journey to find the seedy side of Denver, I continue to find homeless folks. Despite the warm day and the pretty setting, it doesn’t make me feel good to see this.
I wonder if he’s here because he simply ran out of options or hope or both.

In these days when it seems that everything that needs to be invented has been done, it is really hard to stand out.
Then you come along a place like Little Man Ice Cream where they have taken a common (but deeply loved) product and branded it in a new way.
The store is shaped like an old milk can. They sell T-shirts and offer an array of seating. They built a brand and the people come, hang out and make memories.
It works for me.
Today I was looking at a property when I noticed this interesting garden in the air. The bottom has tomatoes growing out of it while the top is busy producing red peppers!
What a great idea, the animals can’t munch on it before the owners and the owners don’t have to waste their knees weeding and hoeing.
I like it!
