This is another image from my trip to Steamboat Springs. I believe this is a view of the golf course, or maybe a pasture in the summertime. This day it was so attractive to capture the simplicity of the three trees in the gentle snow.
I love brick buildings.
My father was a mason, he worked with concrete, stone and brick. He told me many times he didn’t like building things that didn’t last forever.
Oh I miss him so.
A Beatles tune came to mind when I was taking this shot. The setting symbolizes the long winding road we take through life and the aspen trees that are all connected underneath the surface.
We are all connected as we journey down the trail of life.
The Southeast view from the entrance to Mt. Evans seems to go on forever. I could sit here all day and shoot a different cloud formation every few minutes.
