Another Point of View

Yesterday I posted the picture of the Red Barn at the Greenland Exit.  This scene is directly across the street.  I was lucky enough to be there with this almost full moon rising.  The sky was a lovely blue and pink that evening, what a wonderful way to end the day!  <<<Sigh>>>

This bucolic scene is actually wedged between Inverness Tech Center and  the  sprawling community of Parker.  Looking at it one would think there wasn’t another soul around for miles.

Douglas County does a good job protecting open space.

Evening Hike

Sunsets prove to be an inspiring show, no matter where you are in the world.  Colorado offers such a vast array of sunsets from urban to the prairies and the plains.

I captured this on last night as the sky was contemplating thunder showers.  The good weather won out, even though a little rain would be nice to clear the smoky air.

Oh well, tomorrow is another day.
