I really like this urban scene taken just after the sun goes down.
Who is this?
Capitol Snow
I’ve had this image in my mind for a few years now. Each time it snows I either can’t make it down here or the snow melts or the light is awful or something didn’t happen. Well today I got lucky! The snow was falling, it was lovely, there weren’t a million people in the picture and well I got it! Yeah! It’s going to be a super good week!

The Red Caboose
We finally had a wonderful snow day today on Sunday! I went all the way out to the National Wildlife Refuse (aka The Arsenal) in hopes of finding a beautiful Bison with a snowy beard. No luck. The government is closed today and thus the gate was locked. Darn! On the way home I saw this wonderful Red Caboose. It tempted me so much I stopped, trespassed (just a tiny bit) and captured this image as the snow blew all over!
It worked for me!

Ice Castles
My view from our Photographic Trip to the Ice Castles! OK, I’m actually joking. We got in for an entire hour before it was open to the public. It was terrific! These 3 are friends of mine, I thought this image was amusing. If you have time and haven’t visited the Ice Castles, be sure to go. They are in Dillon this year after a few year break from being in Colorado.
