A long exposure captures the tail lights of buses and cars as they speed by. The City and County Building performs a great light show for spectators. This happens every year and doesn’t end until the later part of January. Go visit! #PureColorado
This corner located across the street from the Colorado Convention Center is a great place to capture streams of light as the train and/or buses pass by. I use a long exposure so people can even walk in front of me and not show up in the photo. #PureColorado
Another member of HawkQuest is this beautiful Bald Eagle. Sadly she was abandoned by her parents and cannot survive in the wild. Instead she is a beautiful, pampered teacher, who demonstrates the beauty of nature.
I’m sure it has another name, but since I don’t know what it’s called, it’s “Monument of Light.” I think it’s Colorado’s history on a cylinder and illuminated for all to see. I enjoyed trying to capture it without people in the way. Well almost. Located in front of Union Station to the north.
